Sunnyvale Sunnyvale Sunnyvale

Sunnyvale Wellness foundation

We are a non-profit organization, which provides evidence based medical care globally, while also addressing the social determinants of health that affect healthcare disparities. Our outreach process begins with community engagement. We send our team members to villages to collaborate with local leaders and residents, identifying the most vulnerable families, particularly those with school-aged children. We then meet with these families, assess their needs, and enroll them in our program. This allows members of these communities to be healthier over the course of their lives, allows children to get the uninterrupted education they need and thus increases their financial capabilities of such communities. We believe that health is indeed wealth and provides a pathway to self-actualization and financial empowerment.
